Where your data lives
Your family's data is stored on Google Cloud's Firebase platform. It's encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and backed by Google's enterprise security infrastructure.
Who can see it
Only you and your co-parent, plus any observer you invite. Your family's data is scoped to your family. No other user, and no other parent, has access to it.
No ads. No data selling.
Family Focus is funded by subscriptions. We do not show ads, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Messages can't be deleted, even by us
Our database is designed so that message records cannot be modified or deleted after posting. This is architectural, not a policy. Even our own team cannot override it.
Your data, under your control
You can export all of your family's data at any time. If you close your account, your data is removed according to our privacy policy timeline.
We don't read your messages
We have no internal tool that exposes message or document contents to staff. Engineering access to raw storage is logged and restricted.
A note on conflicts of interest
The operator of ElevenFortyFive, LLC is also a practicing attorney. We've built additional protections into our privacy policy because of that: we will not access or use your Family Focus data in any legal matter involving the company or its principals, and if you believe you may become adverse to the company in a legal proceeding, you can request heightened access restrictions on your account in writing.
